1.Where do we arrange the shipment from?
There are local warehouses in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Europe, Russia, Mexico, and Southeast Asian countries. Most products are stored in these warehouses, and we will arrange delivery in time according to the principle of proximity. If the product is sold out or there is no stock in these warehouses, we will arrange the delivery in Shenzhen.
2.How long does it take to transport?
- It is usually 2-7 working days (due to COVID-19, the time may be extended).
- If the product is out of stock in our warehouse in your country/region, the logistics time will take 7-20 days, or it may be longer. (Due to the real-time logistics situation and delivery country may cause the extension!)

4.What is the shipping cost in non-free shipping countries and regions?
- Brazil-under 0.2kg only costs $5, and the delivery cost for other weight products in Brazil and other countries and regions is all $30.

6.If I order multiple items, will they be delivered at the same time?
- We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes, our products are not always sent together, because different shipping methods can be used and stock of prodcucts may not available, depending on the product.
7.After the package is shipped out, can I change the delivery address of the package?
- Unfortunately, once the product is on the road, we will not be able to change the shipment. So please make sure your delivery address is correct!

After you receive the goods, some customs duties and additional courier fees may be charged.
