1.Where do we arrange the shipment from?
- There are local warehouses in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Europe, Russia, and Southeast Asian countries. Most products are stored in these warehouses, and we will arrange delivery in time according to the principle of proximity. If the product is sold out or there is no stock in these warehouses, we will arrange the delivery in Shenzhen. (If you want your package to know where it will be shipped from, or if you want to know if there is any stock in a warehouse near you, please contact me before placing an order!)
- After placing the order, it is best to send me your personal tax number. When we ship from Hong Kong or Shenzhen warehouses, DHL, UPS, FedEX, Aramex and other logistics companies need your personal tax number!
2.How long does it take to transport?
- If stock is available in the country or region where the shipping address is located, it is usually 2-7 working days (due to COVID-19, the time may be extended).
- If the product is out of stock in our warehouse in your country/region, we will arrange shipment from another warehouse, so the logistics time will take 7-30 days, or it may be longer. (Due to the real-time logistics situation and delivery country may cause the extension!)

4.What is the shipping cost in non-free shipping countries and regions?
NOTE: The LAUNCH Renewal Card does not ship the actual product, so all countries and regions do not charge shipping!
5.How will my goods be shipped?
- DHL/Fedex/Aramex/UPS/USPS/FBA/4PX/Singapore Post/TNT Post and Other Standard Shipping is our shipping methods.
6.If I order multiple items, will they be delivered at the same time?
- We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes, our products are not always sent together, because different shipping methods may be used and stock of products may not be available, need to ship from another warehouse, depending on the product.
7.After the package is shipped out, can I change the delivery address of the package?
- Unfortunately, once the product is on the road, we will not be able to change the shipment. So please make sure your delivery address is correct!
8.What should I do when I receive a product that is different from the product I ordered?

9. The product I received is not working properly, can it be replaced?
- Certainly! If there is a problem with the package you received, please contact us in time after you sign for the package!
- After we receive your return package, we will reschedule the delivery to you!
Since not every product is in stock in each of our overseas warehouses, when we arrange to ship to you from other warehouses, customs duties may be charged! Thank you for your understanding!
