- Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 3 months of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
- Refund requests for the 3-Month money-back guarantee to expire 3 months after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 3-Month window.
- You have a max of 3 months to make returns. No returns made after 3 months from the purchase date will be accepted.
- Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide(If it is not our return address, then you will pay for the return fee at your own expense), then send back and postmark the package within 3 months from the purchase date. Of course, you can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your KINGBOLEN® Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
- The returned merchandise must be the merchandise sold in our store. If it is not sold in our shop or other counterfeit products, no return or refund will be made!
4.How do I make a return?
- Sign into your KINGBOLEN® account.
- Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
- Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
- Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
- Or contact us directly to arrange a return refund!
5.Returns must include all accessories：
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, KINGBOLEN® refunds the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- Please make sure you don't include non-KINGBOLEN® items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
- If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was first placed.
