"This VCI has been registered already"
Well,we got some similar feedback from customers who used Launch X431 V Pro or Launch X431 Pro mini/pros mini,Launch X431 Diagun,Launch X431 V+.
No worry,if you have registered the X431 account,no need entry the activate VCI again.
Here we would like to provide tips for you.
1.Try to clear cache in app settings,then login log in to your account and scan car.
2.If still not working,please delete the Launch X431 App then download a new app,if you not sure how to do,please check below video tips.
