What's new: Added basic and special features for 2021-2022 model year 27.

2.FIAT (V36.90)
Supported Devices: CRP919E, Diagun IV, Diagun V, PRO MINI, V, PRO3S+, PRO3S+HDIII, PAD V.
update content:
1) Added basic function and action tests for 500L 2018-2020, Argo 2018, Toro 2015-2022, Giulia2017-2020, Giulietta/Stellvio 2011, 2019-2021, Strada 2021 and other models.
2) Added special functions such as Clutch pedal learning, Impone AF Alcool, Reset adaptative parameter for 2021 Strada models.
3) Added Ecu Replacement, Hydraulic Circuit depressurization, EV clutch and other special functions for 2018 Argo models.
4) Added special functions such as Replacement of the Control Unit, Reset of the first filling, Test for the leakages control for 2008 Fiorino Qubo models.
